How do I return an item?
What do I do if I want to return something?
All products shipped by Addo Enterprises are certified to be in good order,
however should there be a defect in a product that is shipped to you then certain
procedures must be followed .
First, contact us to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation)
number. Give us a call or send us an e mail to get the number.
All Products (Except Security cameras)
Most of our items have a 28 day return policy
Spy & Surveillance Equipment Return Policy:
Most of our spy and surveillance and related items have a 5 day return policy from
date of receipt. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted
unless the product is found to be defective or unless a longer return policy
is explicitly stated by us for that specific product. Our previous return policy
was far more generous until we later found out that a few unscrupulous people
ordered our camera products for specific short term uses and then returned the
product(s) in a condition that would not allow us to resell. This was bad for
business. There is always room for compromise on certain items, but we reserve
the right to stick to this policy at all times.
To receive a full refund, all returned items must be in original packaging and
in same condition as sent to you. PLEASE NOTE: All cameras that were built to
customer specification cannot be returned. Some of our cameras are customized
and therefore cannot be returned in such an instance.
Before placing an order, please read thoroughly about the product, and/or give
us a call with any lingering questions. We stack some of the best products in
the industry and we have many satisfied customers. We are sure you will be one
too. Thank you.
Self Defense Products Return Policy:
Most of our self defense products have a 15 days return policy from date of
receipt. Items must be in first class condition and original packaging.
Items not satisfying this specification will be subject to a 35% restocking
fee UNLESS the item is defective or the incorrect item was shipped to you. In
that case, a full refund will be provided.
If you need to return a damaged or defective product, please contact us by
e mail for authorization in advance and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number and shipping instructions. This is important as it will
help in expediting your refund. All refunds will be excluding shipping charges
and there will be a 35% restocking fee. If the product is returned in the original
packaging, we will replace, refund, or credit your account (Cost of Product)
for the returned merchandise, no questions asked.
All goods returned must include a proof of purchase, either invoice or order
reference number must be provided.

Who pays for shipping if I return a product?
Shipping charges for returns and refunds are your responsibility. However, if
you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or there was an error processing
your order, Addo Enterprises, Inc will gladly reimburse you for postal expenses.
How am I taxed?
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in New
York State, USA only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state
of New York.
When should I expect delivery?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours on all our personal protection devices.
However shipping on our surveillance cameras take between 1 to 5 business days
to ship. Shipping on our law enforcement gear have a wider shipping range. Usually
items will ship in 24-72 hours. But special order items can take up to 2 months
to ship. If we are not able to ship within the regular 24 to 48 hours, we will
generally notify you by e-mail. After the product leaves the warehouse, UPS
shipping times apply, which (depending on your location and the volume being
handled at the time) is generally from two to seven (2-5) business days within
the Continental U.S.
